Unlike counseling, coaching is interactive and it holds you accountable. Sometimes we get in our own way and can't see the path laid out so perfectly in front of us and simply need an outside perspective, someone who's unbiased and unaffected by our decisions, so we can take the next steps. It's like having a high level friend who knows all about you and who helps you to reach your true potential -- your way. Coaching addresses your thinking and your motivations, and is designed to move you past methods that simply are not effective for you. Often, it's a matter of inner perspective such as a lingering victim mentality or a teaching that money is evil, or a selfish behavior that hinders your relationships. Coaching is a liberating experience. Imagine, someone focused on helping you unburden your life and live free. That's what it really all about. We offer both individual and group coaching. With individual coaching, Michael delivers each session personally whereas with group coaching, there are typically 4-8 particpants, and two coaches (Michael being one) leading the groups. Group coaching is ideal for those who are simply looking for an objective outside perspective whereas one-on-one coaching is concentrated and specific, focused solely on your needs and ojectives.
